SHIP MANAGEMENT FROM ISTANBUL
Blue Marine Global
Our Istanbul office coordinates day-to-day vessel communication and technical follow-up for MV EBRU and MV ECE, with named management and DPA contacts.
We support day-to-day vessel management across six service areas: vessel operations, technical coordination, maintenance follow-up, inspection support and reporting, marine logistics coordination, and safety and compliance.

Day-to-day vessel coordination and communication between vessel, office, and relevant stakeholders.
Technical follow-up aligned with vessel schedules and available classification records.
Maintenance planning and repair follow-up according to vessel condition and programme.
Inspection support and clear reporting of findings and open items.
Supplier and shore-service coordination where required by the vessel programme.
ISM-related vessel-to-shore accountability through the named DPA role.

OPERATIONAL DISCIPLINE
TRUST AND RESPONSIBILITY
We organise ship management around day-to-day coordination, technical follow-up, clear records, and defined accountability. Vessel- and cargo-specific decisions are confirmed against current conditions.
The named Designated Person Ashore role provides a clear ISM-related link between vessel and shore management.
Operational updates, questions, and open items are recorded and shared with the relevant parties within the agreed scope.
Technical needs are reviewed against vessel particulars, available records, and current conditions before vessel-specific follow-up is agreed.
