## Personal data we collect

This website has no user accounts or memberships. When you use the contact form, your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject, and message are collected directly from you and validated within the website infrastructure. When email delivery is configured, this data may be delivered to the company inbox through Resend; when bot protection is configured, Cloudflare Turnstile may be activated. Technical data may also be processed through strictly necessary cookies. The AIS tracking map loads only when you consent, at which point technical data such as your IP address may be processed by MarineTraffic.

## Processing purposes

Personal and technical data is processed to validate, deliver, and answer enquiries, protect the form against abuse when that protection is configured, provide the site's core functions, and display the AIS tracking map when you consent. No data is processed for advertising or profiling.

## Retention periods

Contact-form submissions are not written to a separate website database. When email delivery is configured, messages may be delivered to the company inbox through Resend; the exact retention periods within the email services and the company's email systems will be confirmed during legal review. Your consent preference is stored in a first-party cookie named bmg_consent in your browser and can be changed at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the page footer.

## Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to exercise the other rights provided by law.
