Connection- and device-related technical data may also be processed through strictly necessary cookies, Cloudflare Turnstile verification when configured, and — only when you consent to AIS tracking content — the MarineTraffic map.

## Data transfers

Contact-form data is processed within the website-hosting infrastructure. When email delivery or bot protection is configured, Resend and Cloudflare Turnstile may also process personal or technical data within their infrastructure. When you consent to the AIS tracking map, technical data such as your IP address may be processed abroad by MarineTraffic (Kpler). Contact-form data is collected directly from you when you submit the form; technical data is collected automatically through cookies, security services, and embedded content.
